Organizational Structure

The CTBUH Dubai Conference 2025 is organized by the Council on Tall Buildings and Urban Habitat Middle East (CTBUH ME), a volunteer-led, not-for-profit initiative advancing knowledge on tall buildings and urban design in the region.

To ensure proper legal and financial oversight, the conference is administered by Takaaf for Events & Conferences Co. LLC, a UAE-registered business entity responsible for managing registration, payment processing, and data protection in connection with the event.

Payment Processing & Data Protection

All payments are securely processed via Stripe, through the event registration platform Ticket Tailor. Any personal information submitted during registration (e.g., name, email, company, job title) is collected solely for the purpose of confirming attendance and communicating relevant event updates.

Takaaf ensures that all data handling practices are compliant with applicable UAE laws and international data protection standards.

When you submit a form on this website — such as to express interest in sponsorship, speaking opportunities, or to ask a question — we collect the personal information you provide (typically your name, email address, and professional affiliation).
